To create a standard FBA Order that does not require any form of preparation:

Create a Sales Order via the Sales Order Endpoint populating all required fields.

Once created, the FBA order will be assigned a status of Hold. The order will remain in this status until the warehouse sends the order to Amazon, receives the inbound shipment plan back from Amazon, and begins picking the order. Once picked and packed, the warehouse will sync the details of the shipment to Amazon, and it will be ready for pick up.
